Happiness Brussels is a communication agency managed by 4 partners of 2 generations.
We have the experience of the 40-somethings and the freshness of the 30-somethings. We combine female intuition and flair with male creativity and power.

Happiness Brussels counts people from more than 15 nationalities and different backgrounds, necessary to seamlessly implement the vision that nowadays “Everything is Media” and even more “Everyone is Media”.

Karen Corrigan
CEO and Strategic Director. Co-Founder

As CEO, Karen has the end responsibility on all agency and client matters.
As Strategic Director, Karen has the end responsibility on client strategy and implementation. And on the agency vision and action. She is the shoulder to laugh, to cry and to lean on. For all people at the agency. And all people at the client’s.
 


 

Niek Eijsbouts

Creative Director 

After his experience as a creative at several agencies in The Netherlands, Niek found Happiness in Brussels. When not arguing over who’s being better at football, the Dutch or the Belgians, he’s on the lookout for the right creative angle. Together with his team of concept providers he’ll turn every brief, big or small, into an idea that matters.

 

Philippe Fass
Creative Director

Philippe is from Antwerp, but his mother tongue is French. Philippe is an awarded creative, but his secret love is strategic planning. Philippe worked for nearly ten years in a big London network agency, but he feels the happiest in a little rebellious hot-shop. And Philippe is originally an art director, but he happily wrote this little piece of copy for you.

Isabelle Koelman
Head of account / Head of digital

Isabelle Koelman is the second client service responsible within Happiness Brussels. She begins her career within below the line agencies, where she developed a strong experience in CRM and digital communication.
This gives her the right "media neutral" and "ROI" reflexes that are needed to create strong and impactful integrated campaigns.

This profile is highly appreciated by her clients as they trust her to be their "one stop shopping" point of reference.

Managing Partner.

Pascal Kemajou is the “solid-as a rock” client service responsible within Happiness Brussels. 
He has the talent of managing clients, people and processes in a seamless way. He listens until he understands. He works until you smile. His kind yet demanding nature makes that he gets the best out of people .

And a dedicated Traffic Manager organises the agency into the most effective configuration to develop and implement the project. What we mean is: clients don’t have to take on juniors when they need seniors. Or visa versa.
